Quality Standards
Our quality management team helps us in studying
international laws and regulation, test and monitor the quality
level of the products, unification of product specification and
other activities to assure product quality to our business partners.
Studying world laws and regulations:
We are
studying on the world laws and regulations and swiftly coping with
the request from the customer regarding those world regulations.
- Anti Nickel Regulations: Oeko-tex
- Zipper testing methods: We adopt various methods to evaluate
zipper strength. First of all, we collect the zipper samples from
our regional manufacturing base and check the quality level of the
products regularly.
Some of the testing strength and
testing methods that we perform include:
- Chain crosswise strength (per 2.5cm)
- Slider tab pull off strength
- Slider tab twisting strength
Further, our zippers
meet the UK quality standards of durability and also passes the JIS
(Japanese Industrial Standard) - S3015 strength
tests.
Quality Assurance
Being a quality conscious organization, we leaves no
stone unturned towards maintaining the quality standards of our
range of garment accessories and metal garment fittings. We use
superior grade raw materials like brass, nickel, nylon, copper and
others. Further, our quality checking inspectors helps in critical
inspection to ensure durable quality in our range. Some of the
